The tragedy of everyday life

We imagine tragedy to be an insatiable pain arisen due to a horrible incident, yet our lives are filled with immense tragedy which we hide behind everyday living, in those facebook posts or those Instagram photos, It's a facade, I envy those who are truly happy, or can fake happiness well to themselves and the world. The recent reading of the book "The Monk who sold his Ferrari" hints that the path to enlightenment and true bliss is through a balanced growth of body, mind and soul. Yet many literary geniuses suggest that humans are addicted to tragedy. I write this during a vacation summer's night, comfortably in my blanket, peacefully in solitude, with properly satisfied hunger and feeling fully secure in my room. I am not sure what I am missing or owning which object in the world can ameliorate the quench I feel for this emptiness, please don't think I am depressed, I am actually quite happy at this moment, I have wonderful friends and family in a different c...

The wave theory

Why is India considered to be peaceful country? when it's history is drenched in blood and wars. from various kings like Ashoka and Aurangzabe fighting for land and glory. Followed by UK ruling over India draining it of it's wealth and resources for 200 years, after committing innumerable crimes, now they portray to be philanthropic  and altruistic and that's what America is doing after killing millions of red Indians and taking over their land, now it's called the land of opportunity and the most advanced country on earth. It's said history repeats itself, sure it does it's a wave, there are times of great unrest, great change, great wars and we have peace now because of those reasons. This peace is an illusion and it will only last until an artificial order is maintained where people who are actually suffering are made to believe and feel content with their lives (hence religion and jobs) or are fooled to think that their lives are in the natural order of...

Life is a Logistic Regression.

Do you know about the law of diminishing returns in economics? or have you heard about the 10,000 hours law about how to be good in anything? Recently my blog has gone through a philosophical change. Actually, a lot of things has changed in my life, this blog is just a reflection of them, like my country of residence, the people I spend most of my time with, my habits, my friend circle, the culture around me, my ways of thinking, my recent experiences. All in all, there has been a significant growth in my personality which has brought me closer to the spiritual truth, if it even exists. Being a sceptic like Rene Descartes, I have decided to let go of all my knowledge or presumptions of things I know, and this blog will be a reflection of some things I assume can be true, but I would only accept them to be true if I fail to reject them (Ho = my knowledge gather over the course of 25 years). So, now to the heart of the problem, Logistic regression. It looks something...

Shayari part II

Aaj raat ke andhere mein; kuch khwaab shor karthy hain, chahty hain; kalam se kagaz pe maktoob hojana, kambakt khamakha meri neend kharab karthy hain. Tanhai mein bhi aadat nahi hain; ab akelepan ki, khwaab aur kwahishe shor karti hain, fursat nahi hain, kabhi miljaun agar khud se toh puchenge, chal toh rahe hain rasthy pe, ja toh rahe hain aapni manzil tak, par tumhari chahat nahi hain, kyu chod ke chal diye; unhe jine chinta thi, kyu parayo mein ab humsafar dundthy ho, chalna hi agar zindagi hain toh sapne kyu hain, yaade kyu hain, khuda neh tootne ke liye toh nahi banaya hoga yeh dil, hum janthy hain khuda aisi galtiya nahi kartha, ab taswiro mhe dhundhty ho unhe jo zinda thy, kaash kuch aur waqt bita liya hota, aaj likhna toh main bhi chahata hoon mohabbat ke sher, par kya karu shabh hi nahi hain, kuch sikha hain agar galib se toh yeh, chahe duniya samjhe ya na samjhe, likhna toh hain.

The confused me

I have always been a confused soul. Since childhood, I kept talking about random things, strange ideas. Sometimes some people understand few of them and most times they didn't the thing I hate the most is routine. Whereas people say that routine is a critical skill required to be successful. I abhor routine , routine is jejune for me. I think that corrodes a person's creativity, it eats away freedom, tarnishes my personality. People has always pointed out how confused I was, hell I think that about myself at times. It's not that I can't make logical decisions I can very well, I know the process to make logical decisions. It's seeking & gathering knowledge (data), fitting it to suit your requirement. Find patterns, make predictions. Analyze the data & make logical choices based on that data but the problem is there is so much data. Secondly, so many opportunities, so many things to do. I try to filter it at times but my brain doesn't allow it, it fee...

Retiring before starting

So this is my story of why I vouch to antecedent my retirement, even before stepping into proper career in my early 20's. I had worked for a multinational company for exactly 21 months and not a day more, was it a deliberate well calculated decisions or was I being capricious. Well the real reason for me quitting my job was, Because I Wanted To. (more heart less brain) I know in today's world it's difficult to find jobs, but I know myself and I know I can be diligent for what I want. I can work hard and I can get things if I set my mind to it, Fear as I discussed in my previous post was build to protect us or help us survive. But Survival is not living, at least not living to out full potential. Sometimes the heart knows better what it wants and the mind cannot comprehend it just yet. I followed an instinct, a calling you may say and I know whatever will happen will happen for the better. There was only one thing on my mind that wanted to go to foreign university t...
